6.5.4 Test Load and Unload Tables
These test screens are only available if the washer is equipped with the load and unload tables.
They are accessed from the Service Menu.
The indicators are provided to detect the
load(s) position and the type and the
position of the loading/unloading rams.
There are also indicators for the doors’
position.
The push buttons enable to test the
operation of the load/unload rams and the
doors.
The following safety features are built in
test procedure:
- Any stop push button will deactivate the
load/unload rams;
- Soiled door will not operate if the load
ram is not in the retracted position (away
from door);
- Clean door will not operate if the unload
ram is not in the retracted position (away
from the door);
- Load ram will not operate unless the
soiled door is open;
- Unload ram will not operate unles the
clean door is open.
