OPERATION THEORY
5.1 POWER "ON" CONDITION
The washer is turned on by turning power switch to ON position. The switch illuminates, and the
drain valve closes automatically.
5.2 WASH CYCLE START-UP OPERATION
Pressing the START button on the panel display signals the microprocessor to begin a
programmed wash cycle. The microprocessor proceeds logically depending on the settings of the
various program parameters for a selected cycle..
5.3 STOP BUTTON OPERATION
The operation of the washer is halted when the STOP button is depressed. This condition is
indicated by a message on the operator interface and STOP light on the clean side control panel..
5.4 WATER LEVEL SWITCH OPERATION
The liquid level switch monitors the level of water in the sump. If the sump is not full, then the
microprocessor signals the water-fill solenoid to open, allowing fresh water to enter the wash
chamber. When a full condition is reached, the microprocessor proceeds to the next step of the
programmed wash cycle.
Timed fill delay option is available to compensate for the volume of water in re-circulating piping
and various headers.
