ausführung des FMP(-S) mit Vereinzelungsfunktion

This section provides supplementary information on the
special model of the FMP(-S) with the separation function.

10.1.1 Bedienung und Druckeinstellung / Operation and pressure setting
Die Sonderausführung Vereinzelung bietet die Möglichkeit,
bei stark durchsaugenden Materialien die 2. Lage bereits
vor dem Abheben der Last abzustoßen. Sie wird wie folgt in
Betrieb genommen:
The special design with separation offers the option of
pushing away the 2nd layer of highly permeable materials
even before lifting them. It is started up as follows:
Inbetriebnahme
1. Mit Schlitzschraubendreher Drosselschraube (1)
zudrehen (Rechtsdrehung)
2. Über Anschluss (2) (8/6-Schlauch) Druckluft
anlegen
3. Drosselschraube (1) langsam öffnen, bis
gewünschter Abstoßeffekt erzielt wird
Diese Einstellung kann nicht werkseitig vorgenommen
werden, sie muss individuell auf die zu hebenden Materialien
abgestimmt werden!
Start of operations
1. Tighten valve screw (1) using a flathead screwdriver
(clockwise direction).
2. Apply the compressed air using connection (2) (8/6
hose).
3. Slowly loosen valve screw (1) until you have
achieved the necessary separation effect.
This setting cannot be made at the factory because it must
be adapted to the individual materials being lifted.
