Einbau Vakuumventil
- Vakuumventil (3) in Greiferprofil (1) einschieben
- Filtersieb (5) in Fräsung im Greiferprofil (1)
eindrücken
- 4x Befestigungsschrauben (4) mit Schlauchstutzen
(2) an der Flächengreiferoberseite leicht anziehen
(0,5 Nm)
- 4x Befestigungsschrauben (6) am Enddeckel (7) fest
anziehen (4 Nm)
- 4x Befestigungsschrauben (4) an der
Flächengreiferoberseite fest anziehen (2,7 Nm)
Installing the vacuum valve
- Slide the vacuum valve (3) into the gripper profile (1).
- Press the filter screen (5) into the milled section in the
gripper profile (1).
- Loosely tighten (0.5 Nm) the 4 fastening screws (4) and
hose connector (2) on the upper side of the area gripper.
- Firmly tighten (4 Nm) the 4 fastening screws (6) on the
end cover (7).
- Firmly tighten (2.7 Nm) the 4 fastening screws (4) on the
top side of the area gripper.
Hinweis:
Das Vakuumventil (3) kann nicht geöffnet werden und sollte
nicht vom Funktionsenddeckel (7) getrennt werden.
Bei Störungen bitte komplett tauschen oder zur Wartung an
die Fa. J. Schmalz GmbH einschicken.
Note:
The vacuum valve (3) cannot be opened and should not be
separated from the functional end cover (7).
In case of faults, please completely replace or send to J.
Schmalz GmbH for maintenance .
