DESCRIPTION

Gets the current UTC offset.

SYNTAX

RETURNS

- The current difference between TAI time and UTC time, in seconds, as supplied by the local 

grandmaster.

- UTC updated flag

- Set when UTC offset is valid.

Set PTP Time

DESCRIPTION

Sets the current PTP time as used by the MPS. Time is adjusted by UTCOFFSET. 

When a grandmaster is active on the network, the time set by the SETTIME command is over 

written by the grand master time.
