1 INTRODUCTION
1. INTRODUCTION
These instructions are intended for manufacturers, installers, owners and for the operating and maintenance person-
nel of systems in which the electro permanent magnetic chucks are used. The instructions are part of the scope of
delivery of the electro permanent magnetic chucks.
These operating instructions contain information on areas such as the technical specifications, safety, correct and
proper use as well as operation and maintenance with reference to the electro permanent magnetic chucks.
However, they also contain some information about potential risks in combination with the higher level machine.
The objective is to enable the
person/company assembling and operating the overall machine to
identify possible risks from operation of the overall machine
which arise from the use of the electro
permanent magnetic chucks.
NOTE!
The operating instructions must be stored so they are freely accessible at
the place of use of the electro permanent magnetic chucks. The operating
instructions must be read, understood and applied by each person tasked
with the following work on the electro permanent magnetic chucks:

These instructions become part of the set of documents which also contains
the documents for the higher level system parts and machines and applies in
