9.6. Replacing the Spindle of Round/Flat Spray
Control
Steps: [11-1], [11-2], [11-3], [11-4]
It needs to be replaced when air leaks from the control knob or when flat/
round control does not work. After disassembly, apply some sealant on
thread of the spindle, e.g. Loctite 242 [11-4] .

Fluttering/spitting

Damaged fluid tip (fluid
tip aperture)
Check if fluid tip is
damaged, replace the
nozzle set, if neces-

No function of round/

correct location (pin is

ring making sure it has
been positioned cor-
rectly when inserting it,
