Best Select Shot

The best select shot captures four sequential images so that you can choose which one to save.

Set the shooting mode to the sequential shot shooting
mode (see page 50).

Press the MODE button to display the Shooting Setting
Screen.

Select best select shot
Ä
at the sequential shot
method menu and press the SET button.

This sets the best select shot method.

Select the sequential shot speed at the sequential shot speed menu and press the
SET button.

This completes the sequential shot speed setting.

For the best select shot, you do not need to set the shutter operation. (The shutter
operation menu will not appear.)

The sequential shot speed setting is retained even if the main switch is set to “MONITOR
OFF” or

, or the digital camera is turned off.
œ
If the main switch is set to “MONITOR OFF”, the 4-image display will not appear and the
four images will automatically be saved as a sequential shot in the sequential shot folder.

To exit the Shooting Setting Screen, press the MODE button.

Press the shutter release button to capture the
sequential shot.
œ
For the best select shot, the digital camera will capture
all four images (it is not necessary to hold down the
shutter release button).
œ
If the main switch is set to

, the recording indicator

will appear in the LCD monitor while images are
being captured.
œ
After a few moments, the 4-image display appears
showing the images captured.
