Analysis of the Test Procedure Results
If both lamps fail:
replace both lamps and restart the arming procedure. If both lamps still fail, please contact Sanuvox for
technical support.
OR
If only one lamp lights up:
Turn OFF unit, switch lamps, turn ON unit and restart the arming procedure. This will allow you to
determine if the lamp is defective, or if the lamp location/connection is defective.
If the same lamp is not lighting up, this means the lamp is defective. Replace defective lamp and restart the arming procedure.
OR
If the same lamp location/connection is not lighting up
, this means the lamp location/connection is defective. Turn OFF unit,
make sure each wire is firmly secure (between lamps and ballast, and ballast and electronic board).
If each wire is secure, this means the ballast is defective. Replace ballast.
OR
If there is any wire issue, correct defective wiring.
Turn ON unit and restart the arming procedure.
If the unit LED indicator is GREEN, the unit is operational. But if the unit LED indicator is not (OFF, RED or flashing
GREEN and ORANGE), please see below.
SOLID GREEN
Everything works fine
SOLID RED
Unit failed while booting
(if it never went AMBER)
OR
Problem with lamp #1 and #2
SOLID AMBER
Unit is booting
(should then switch
to GREEN)
NO LIGHT
Unit is OFF
AMBER flashing GREEN
Flashing AMBER (1 sec) and GREEN (1 sec):
Problem with lamp #1
OR
Flashing AMBER (3 sec) and GREEN (1 sec):
Problem with lamp #2
RED flashing GREEN
Flashing RED (1 sec) and GREEN (1 sec):
Problem with PIRs (one or both)
