INSTRUCTIONS TO USE YOUR PRESSURE COOKER
Please read the following instructions before you use your pressure cooker. Wash the lid, gasket
and pot of your pressurized cooker with detergent and plenty of hot water and always dry your
cooker after each wash. Put at least one cup of water in the pot along with the food you are to
cook and never fill more than half of the pot even with water.
Move the cooking valve button to “steam discharge” before each time you close the lid.
While closing the lid, press down on the plastic part with one hand.
