Configure the TCP/IPv4 settings to the following.

Open Internet Explorer and enter
https://192.168.32.27
into the address bar.

Click Continue and accept the self-signed Internet site certificate warning to
launch the 4G LTE Network Extender 2 for Enterprise Admin Website. You
can import a certificate authority signed certificate after login to avoid future
warning.
Same Network
In order to connect to the Network Extender, you need to know the Network
Extender IP address and your computer needs to be connected to the same network
of the Network Extender.

Use a computer connected to the same network as the Network Extender

Open a browser and enter the IP address of the Network Extender into the
address bar: http://< IP address of Network Extender>
