4. Troubleshooting

► Error Code

U3–3611 / U3–3613 / U3–3614

► Error message

Original paper jam in the exit area of scanner

► Symptom

Original jam has occurred around the scan in roller and scan out roller.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Open the RADF cover. Remove the jammed paper.

2) Check if the feed sensor and actuator operate normally.

a) Remove 6 screws.

b) Open the Cover-Open. And then, release the stacker by pushing both sides to the direction of arrow.

c) Remove the rear cover and front cover.
