Before contacting a Samsung Service Center, please attempt the following solutions. Some
situations may not apply to your keyboard.
Your keyboard does not turn on
When the battery is completely discharged, your keyboard will not turn on. Charge the
battery completely before turning on the keyboard.
Your keyboard does not work
If the keyboard does not work properly, try to resolve it by turning off the keyboard and then
turning it on again.
If the keyboard is still unresponsive, end the Bluetooth connection and reconnect it. To do
this, press the key (

) for approximately three seconds. When the keyboard enters
Bluetooth pairing mode, connect the devices again, and then check the operation of the
keyboard.
If the problem is still not resolved, contact a Samsung Service Center.
