RESIDUAL RISKS MANAGMENT
The use of the thermosealing machines implies some residual risks for the operator, especially when operating with
moulds. We recommend to have a careful look at all the specific instruction concerning the machine and the moulds
reported in the manual.
The residual risks refer to:
- Wrong container filling
- Presence of heating surfaces
- Presence of tools and cutting profiles
- Jams and breakdown
- Maintenance operations
The tray loading station is the access point to the internal part of the thermosealing machine where there are the moving
parts designed to seal the product.
This area is protected by the frontal cover and, when the mould is closed, by the reference guide which prevents the
operator from introducing the hands or any other object in the operating area during the handling of the moving parts of
the machine. At the same time, the presence of the tray prevents the operator from accidentally or inadvertently
introducing the hands on the operating area.
On the frontal part of the machine there is a sticker that indicates the prohibition of introducing hands inside the
machine in order to avoid any contacts with the heating parts and the blades
The backside of the machine is entirely protected by the back cover.
