4. INFORMATION ON THE MACHINE
4.1.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The TSM thermosealing machine is particularly suitable to be used in gastronomies, small canteens and so on, as it
joints low costs, functionality and product quality. In spite of that the materials used to assemble the electrical and
mechanical parts make it qualitatively reliable.
The machine is fully manufactured in stainless steel and aluminium. Two rollers (on which film roller is inserted) are
assembled on machine front, and the tray-holder slides on antifriction material bars.
The sealing plate and film cutting group are installed inside the machine; they make a descendent movement trough two
pins connected with an electrical engine, (sealing and film cutting) and ascent movement which allows to shift the upper
part from the sealing position to the pause. In this latter position, trays replacement and film repositioning are
automatically executed.
