The TSM thermosealing machine is equipped with a simple but complete control panel connected with a
microprocessor system guaranteeing high level performance and great autonomy to the operator.

HEAT-SHRINKING FILM CHARACTERISTICS
The machine has been designed to obtain the packaging of the most diversified products, both in the foodstuffs field as
well as in the technical field, using all heat-shrinking films (PVC, polyurefinic, polypropylene and its derivatives).

Before the machine start-up, the following preliminary operations must be done:
LAYOUT OF SEALING TIME
Press the button 7 and buttons 9 or 10 at the same time to increase or decrease the sealing time.
The max adjustable temperature is +200°C.
LAYOUT OF SEALING TEMPERATURE
Press the button 8 and the buttons 9 or 10 at the same time to increase or decrease the sealing temperature.
The max. adjustable time is 5s.
LAYOUT OF SEALING PROGRAMS
The TSM thermosealing machine can memorize up to nine different sealing programs. In order to select a new program,
press in the same time the button 6 and 7 and the display will show the program you are using. Press in the same time
the button 6 and 7 and the buttons 9 or 10 at the same time to change the program. Changing the sealing program, the
new time and temperature indications will memorize automatically.
