PACKING MODALITIES
•
Pull the drawer out (pos.3 fig.1).
•
Insert the tray in the proper place.
•
Place the drawer inside the machine until it reaches the runend device.
•
Let the handle completely down (fig. 1 N.°10)
•
Wait for the acoustic device or the led of ending cycle switch on (pos.5 fig.4), and pull the drawer out immediately
to avoid the overheating of heat-shrinking film.
If the handle is lifted before the acoustic device of ending cycle lighting, the device of “not ended sealing” will
switch on: in this case the device will be pulsating (it is not fixed light as the led of ending cycle) and the warning
led will switch on.

Pull the tray out
CAUTION!
-Let the handle down only when the mould is completely inserted, in order not to damage the machine inside.
-the thermosealing operation can not be happened before that the sealing plate has reached the adjusted
temperature (Led pos.3 alight fig.4). The machine doesn’t carry out the cycle

DISPLAY ALARMS
CAUTION
1. On display appears
AL S
and the red led is switching on: The thermal feeler is faulty or disconnected.
2. On display appears
HOT
and the red led is switching on: The temperature value is too high.
5.3.
FILM POSITIONING
Put the film reel on the rollers (pos.2 fig.5) pay attention to the balancing with the machine, through the positioning and
locking of regulation rings (pos.4 fig.5). Lock the rings with 3mm. allen spanner, given by the manufacturer.
Make the film go through the rollers of film reel, which is put under the film tension device (pos.3 fig.5) and locked
between the magnets (pos.1 fig.5) and the tray holder drawer (pos.5 fig.5).
The blocking of the film between the magnets and tray holder drawer, allows through the dragging during the working
cycle, its automatic replacement.
