Ingredients
180 g of chicken breast
75 g rolled porridge oats
50 g self raising flour
20 g toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp ground black pepper
118 ml chicken stock

Method
Preheat the Hot Air Fryer to 200 °C.
Coat the chicken with the salt, black pepper and garlic powder then chill for
approximately 4 hours.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, sesame seeds, ½ tsp of salt and chicken
bouillon powder then set aside. In another bowl, combine the flour, ½ tsp of salt,
onion powder, basil, oregano, soy sauce and chicken stock. Dip the chicken into
the chicken stock and roll in the sesame seed mixture.
Spray the chicken with oil, then place it into the non-stick coated cooking basket
and cook for approximately 15–22 minutes or until golden brown.
