2 pork chops
Dijon mustard
Method
Preheat the Hot Air Fryer to 200 °C.
Coat the pork chops with a generous helping of Dijon mustard.
Place the pork chops into the non-stick coated cooking basket and cook for
approximately 10–15 minutes, until the fat goes crispy.
Turning the pork chops halfway through will caramelise both sides.
