Authorized dealership must deliver an official invoice for all services including first service, guaranty and non-
guaranty, and it is responsible in case of any ambiguity in performed tasks or repairs’ costs such component price
and repairs wage.
Authorized dealerships are charged to set ranking board in reception place (evaluation rank of dealership is published
on it).
Authorized dealership is charged to perform repairs according to reception sheet’s mentioned cases through guaranty
period, and avoid extra repairs.
- Authorized dealerships are charged to adjust customer’s bill according to repair timetable and also repairs hour
rate. They must show repair contents to customer.
- Defected assemblies must be repaired or replaced before first service.
- all authorized dealerships are charged to accept the vehicle in order to first service and guaranty in referral day.
- Any defect and financial damages to user and third party, due to replacement or installing components in lateral
systems or performing services out of SAIPA’s after sales services through guaranty period, are not included in
guaranty and will not make any right for user and third parties against Pars Khodro Co. or SAIPA.
- Any required operation under guaranty name, must be performed by an authorized dealership of SAIPA.
- Guaranty services are restricted to replace or repair of defected components and related wage.
- Replace or repair of components under guaranty, will not extend vehicle’s guaranty period.
- Refer to authorized dealerships or main repair shops to percept first service and guaranty. This company is not
responsible for consumed costs in other repair shops.
