Customer rights of SAIPA company’s productions
SAIPA YADAK as originator of novel service plans in country’s automotive industry, in order to establish customer-
center culture through authorized dealerships network around the country, intends to deliver necessary information
about mutual rights, to present effective after-sales services according to owners’ expectations. Thus, guaranty
regulations as a framework to determine authorities of both sides are as follow.
After-sales services regulations and authorized dealerships’’ duties
- Guaranty services depend upon doing periodical and first services which its time period and passed kilometers are
mentioned here according to your vehicle.
- Typical amortization of interior components: trim, seat covers, floor mat, lamps’ bulbs and also costs of engine oil,
gearbox fluid, oil filter, air filter and consuming cases: brake pad, clutch plate and wiper stalk
are not included in
guaranty.
Since, according to guaranty regulation, all replaced components in guaranty time period belong to Manufacturer
Company, then, dealership will not deliver
defected components
to the customer.
Reception unit of dealership must announce approximate cost of technical services and consuming spare components
and also required time to deliver the vehicle.
It is duty of dealership’s
technician
to diagnose, repair or identify defected components. Therefore, while referring
to repair shop, only announce your problem and leave the expert work
or components replacement
to authorized
dealerships.
- Dealership is charged to predict required components supply, such that the customer’s vehicle has the least stop
in dealership, since dealership
is responsible for unnecessary stops of vehicle.
Dealership must utilize standard components which are approved by company.
Authorized dealership is charged for consequences of
non-standard repairs
, therefore, customers’ satisfaction and
fulfillment of dealerships’ commitments is a main duty of authorized dealership.
