If vertical or irregular colour lines appear on the sheet during printing, see the followings steps to
clean the OPC cartridge loading system.

Switch off the machine.

Remove the scanner and its support

Open the printer upper cover and remove the OPC cartrige.

Place the OPC cartridge on a sta-
ble surface preferably covered
with paper, to avoid spilling the
toner.

Place a clean black protection
sheet on the photosensitive ribbon
to protect it from light.

Use the brush to clean the loading
unit corona. This brush is fixed
under the printer front side.
