7.2.
STARTING THE MACHINE
1.
Switch on the supply voltage of the press brake with the main switch on
the electrical cabinet.
2.
Wait until the control displays the “Y-axis page” (see operation manual TS
control)
(When the control is configured in a network, a pass word has to be
entered)
3.
Press the reset push button on the control panel (when the reset push
button is pressed the indicator light will stop flashing).
4.
Press the “INIT” key on the screen of the control. The following text will
appear on the screen:
“START MACHINE DRIVE, THEN INITIALIZE”
5.
Start the machine drive by pressing the drive-on push button on the
control panel.
6.
Touch somewhere in the screen
7.
Press the RUN button in the Touch Screen
8.
Press the foot pedal
The back gauge will move to its programmed position
9.
Make your choice with the selector switch and program
10.
The press brake is ready for production
Consult the TS Control manual for explanation how to program a
bending program.
A bent profile must not be bent back (flattened). During a
bending back procedure the material to be flattened may tilt
causing hazardous situations causing the material to get
jammed in the machine.
