1.
Use the press brake control to make the upper beam go to its maximum
top dead point;
2.
Put the mode switch on the electrical cabinet on position “0”, Note that the
mode switch can be locked using a key. This will lock the mode switch in
the position it is in. The mode switch cannot be changed after removal of
the locking key.
3.
Give the clamping bolts of the clamping mechanism in the bottom tool
adaptation one complete turn to the left.
4.
Push single V tool on its side out of the press brake to the left-hand or
right-hand side of the lower beam.
5.
When the single V tool is put back again it must be pushed into the lower
tool adaptation from the side of the press brake.
Make sure that the surfaces of the tool adaptation of both
bottom tool and the table are clean and undamaged.
A single V tool usually has a marking running along the entire
length of the tool; it indicates the front of the tool.
6.
Tighten the clamping bolts of the clamping mechanism after the single V
tool has been pushed into its correct position.
7.
Re-start the press brake.
