RVE MERAK E750 - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MOTOR BLOCK INSTALLATION (3-4)
Insert the motor block assembly using M3 x 10 mm screws and M4 x 10 mm button head
screws to temporarily secure it. In order. Use the provided carbon fibre mounting plates.
The slotted holes allow to set the gear backlash for the motor pinion once the main gear
assembly is installed.
MAIN MAST AND GEARS INSTALLATION (3-5, 3-6)
First clean with alcohol the
autorotation bearing sleeve
before installing it.
The autorotation bearing sleeve
should be inserted from below
into the autorotation block.
Then insert the tail gear
assembly aligning the
aluminium core hole with the
sleeve’s hole.
