TRAMPOLINE FRAME ASSEMBLY
Trampoline Frame Assembly
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
Review all steps before assembly and read all precautions before using the
trampoline. At least
five
adults are required to assemble this trampoline. Protective gloves should be used
during assembly to avoid injuries during installation. Goggles should be worn to avoid injuries to the eyes.
IMPORTANT ASSEMBLY TIP: When assembling the trampoline frame, do not tighten the screws all the
way initially. This will allow room for adjustment when installing the springs. After all the springs are
installed (Step 8), you must go back and fully tighten all the screws.
Step 1 – Frame Assembly
Locate the 38 pieces of steel tubing parts that are needed to assemble the trampoline frame as shown in
FIGURE 1.
2- L-Frame (# 1)
2 - Center Leg Base A (# 9)
2- L-Frame with “L” mark (# 2)
2 - Left L-Shape Base (# 10)
2-Long Frame (# 3)
2- Right L-Shape Base (# 11)
2 - Short Frame with Leg Socket (# 4)
2-T-Shape Base (# 12)
2- Corner Frame-Left (# 5)
4- Short Extension Tube with Reinforced Ring(# 13)
2 - Corner Frame-Right(# 6)
4- Short Extension Tube (# 14)
4 - Vertical Leg Extensions (# 7)
2 - Long Extension Tube(# 15)
2 - Center Leg Base B (# 8)
2 - Long Extension Tube with Compressed Ends (# 16)
Lay out all the parts on dry flat surface where the trampoline is intended to be located. It is difficult to move the
trampoline once it is assembled.
Note: All parts with the same number are interchangeable and have no “right” or “left” orientation.
Make sure that you have plenty of space and a clean dry area suitable for the assembly of this trampoline.
IT
IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE INTENDED SITE FOR THIS TRAMPOLINE IS COMPLETELY FLAT AND LEVEL.
If the ground is uneven this could cause movement in the frame and could cause stress on the joined sections
of the frame that could damage the trampoline and/or can cause serious injury.
