The contribution of the path through this port, when the port is the root port, to the
total cost of the path to the root for this bridge. Value range <1-65535>.
Port Priority
You can make it more or less likely to become the root port, the lowest number
has the highest priority. Value range <0-240>, the value must be in steps of 16.
Default value is128.
