WCS-7100 Radio Programmer Help

If this is nothing on the radio, check that your keys are not locked. Turn the
radio off. Unlock the keys.  Then turn the radio back on in CLONE mode
and try again.
 
If this is nothing on the computer (i.e., the transfer status bar does not
appear and begin to fill), check the cable connections between the radio
and the computer.

·

The Programmer  reports that the cable is not found even though you know it is
plugged into the computer.  While this could be a bad cable and you should be sure
you are using the RT Systems cable for this radio, at times, Windows has problems
loading the drives for the USB cable.  Usually this problem is more annoying than fatal
and RT Systems tech support is here to help.
