Radio Menu Settings- GPS

GPS Select

:  Adjust your mode of data entry for entering  your GPS position

information from the face of the radio. Set to:

 Manual - Manual entry of GPS position information in Manual Position
(Latitude), Manual Position (Longitude) and Manual Position (Altitude)    

Note: This information can be entered through the programmer in the
options found under Manual Position on the GPS screen of the
settings file.   Remember though, if you set through Manual entry a
special set of details and do not set GPS select to Manual, your details
may be lost when the radio automatically gathers information for your
current location. 

External GPS - The radio automatically receives its position information from
an external GPS unit. 

Off - The GPS receiver is not in use.
