Monitor TX Signal - Check to engage the Automatic Monitor function for recorded
audio transmissions.
On - Automatically monitors transmit audio when sending a recorded
audio
Off - Monitors transmit audio only when the monitor function is on.
PTT Auto REC - Check to enable/disable the PTT Auto Record function. When
engaged, recording starts when a signal is transmitted from an external speaker mic,
the VOX function or a CI-V command is sent.
PTT Lock - Check to enable/disable the PTT lock function. The lock option is set with
Lock Function found in Col 2 of this screen.
PTT Start - Check to enable/disable the PTT Start function. This function controls the
the external antenna tuner (optional AH-4 or AT-180). When engaged, the tuner will
start tuning automatically when the PTT is pressed if the frequency has changed more
than 1% since the last transmission.
Quick Split - Check to enable the Quick Split function. This function automatically turns
on the split function and sets the frequency and mode that is not displayed (VFO A or
VFO B) according to the Split Offset setting.
Speaker (On/Off) - Check to turn the speaker ON. Un-check to turn the speaker OFF.
Split Lock - Check to engage the Split Lock function. The Split Lock function enables
you to adjust the transmit frequency while holding down the [XFC] key even while the
Dial Lock function is activated.
SSB/CW Sync Tuning - Turns the Displayed Frequency Shift function On or Off. This
function automatically shifts the frequency to match the CW pitch with the operating
mode is toggled between SSB and CW.
Beep Level - Set the output level of the beep.
Monitor Level - Adjust Monitor audio output.
REF Adjust - Adjust the reference level of the spectrum scope.
Split Offset - Set the Split offset between - 9.999 and +9.999 MHz. The split offset is
the difference between the receive and transmit frequencies for the Quick Split
function.
AM Notch - Set to either Auto, Manual, or Auto-Manual. The notch function uses DSP
to automatically attenuate beat tones, tuning signals, and so on, even if their
