“blurring” icon. Deactivate them with a right-
mouse-click; see also chapter 2.6.4

Check if the exposure is set to a manual
exposure speed by error (instead of
“Automatic (prescan)” or “Automatic
(variation)”
•
Check if the “Exposure correction” is set to a
value other than 0.0x
The image is
underexposed
There are vibrations

The image is black

Check if the Livecam mast is solid or if there
are any vibrations caused by wind or by
nearby installations

Vertical stripes can be caused by fluorescent
(indoor) light; use the “Light frequency
correction” to eliminate the vertical stripes in
the image

The motor blocks because it does not receive
enough power -> Set the environment
settings to “Cold condition” (menu “Manage)
-> Check if the mains adaptor delivers
sufficient power (voltage)

The electronic shutter does not work
