4.2 Camera problem shooting
It is possible that there is a problem with operating the Livecam. Before contacting
Seitz Roundshot or a Seitz Roundshot representative please refer to the check list in
chapter 2.6.6. If the problem persists check the following points:

Camera does
not connect
to computer
Camera creates
no new images
The power cable is not connected
or the power supply is interrupted
The computer IP and subnet mask
is not in the same range as the
camera IP
The ethernet cable (also in camera)
is not plugged in or is defective

Connect the power cable

Restore the power supply
•
Change the computer IP config in network
properties (see also chapter 2.3 Step 3)

Change the camera IP in the software (see
also chapter 2.6 Step 6)
•
Connect the ethernet cable (also in camera)
•
Replace the ethernet cable if defective
The image saving options are set
to other than „auto save“
The Scheduler is not activated
There is no profile
•
Set the saving options to “auto save”
•
Program the Scheduler (see also chapter
2.6.8) and start the service by pressing
“Start”
•
Save the image parameters under a
profile (parameter file) (see also chapter
2.6.6)
The images are saved to the wrong
path
•
Define the correct target folder for file
saving (the standard is ..\htdocs\data\
rawfoto); (see also chapter 2.6.5)
