7.12.1 Motor Related Data
Total Number Open Contactor Operations
A decimal count of the number of experienced contactor operations in the Open direction.
Total Number Close Contactor Operations
A decimal count of the number of experienced contactor operations in the Close direction.
Total Number Output Turns
A decimal count of the total output turns throughout the actuator life.
Maximum Number of Starts per Hour
The maximum number of starts per hour witnessed throughout the actuator life. This can identify if an
actuator has exceeded the rated duty cycle maximum starts per hour.
1.12.2 Power Related Data
Number of Power Cycles
Displays the total number of times the actuator has been powered up after a main supply loss.
Total Battery Run Time in ¼ seconds
Displays the total time period across the actuator life that the actuator has been functioning on battery
power without a main power supply. The value is shown in ¼ seconds as this is the sample rate of the
data log.
Maximum Powered on Time in ¼ Seconds
Displays the total time period across the actuator life that the actuator has been operating on the main
power supply. The value is shown in ¼ seconds as this is the sample rate of the data log.
Maximum Powered Down Time in ¼ Seconds
Displays total time period across the actuator life that the actuator has been powered off. The value is
shown in ¼ seconds as this is the sample rate of the data log.
