In der Schaltbildern wird zwischen den Betriebs-
arten unterschieden.

The pin connection differs between the EC- Con-
troller operating mode:

Open loop
-
Closed loop
In der Betriebsart Steuerbetrieb wird die Ventila-
tordrehzahl durch die Drehzahlvorgabe an Ana-
log 1 eingestellt.
In the operating mode open loop, the fan speed
is set by the speed setting at analogue 1.
In der Betriebsart Regelbetrieb wird durch die
Verwendung eines zusätzlichen Sensors an Ana-
log 2 (z.B. Drucksensor) der Istwert erfasst. Im
Regelbetrieb werden Soll- und Istwert miteinan-
der verglichen. Die Ventilatordrehzahl wird erhöht
bzw. reduziert, bis sich der vorgegebene Sollwert
einstellt. Der Vorgang wird begrenzt bis zur
Nenndrehzahl des Ventilators!
In closed loop operation mode, the actual value
is detected by the use of an additional sensor to
analogue 2 (eg pressure sensors). In closed loop
operation the setpoint and actual value are com-
pared. The fan speed is increased or decreased
until the predetermined setpoint is set. The pro-
cess is limited to the rated speed of the fan!
Die Umstellung der Betriebsart ist durch
Umparametrierung des EC- Motors an der
RS 485 Schnittstelle möglich.
Dieser Sachverhalt gilt nur für die Schalt-
bilder:
