13. Additional water supply
• You can select the function by pressing the
WATER
button.
• The pump starts and an additional 5 ml is pumped into the kneading
container for each key press.
For the duration of water supply the display shows symbol
.
NOTE:
The additional water supply can be repeated several times up to 30 seconds
before the end of the kneading process. But be careful, if there is too much liquid
the dough becomes too sticky and can only be extruded to a limited extend.
14. Ending the programme/function prematurely
• To end up a programme or function prematurely press
Start/Stop
or
ON/Standby
button.
15. Switching off the appliance permanently
• For a permanent and safe switch-off, disconnect the
power plug after each use.
Cleaning and maintenance
CAUTION: Hazard of injury!
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning!
• The fold-out needle of the cleaning brush is pointed, so use
it with caution!
• Never immerse the base unit, power cord and power plug in
water nor clean them under running water!
NOTE: Improper and/or irregular cleaning can result in mold formation!
NOTE:
The kneading container as well as the corresponding lid may also be cleaned in the dishwasher at
low temperature and in the upper dish rack. However, we recommend cleaning all the other accessory
parts (such as dough hook, screw conveyor, screw cap, pasta form inserts, intake for pasta form inserts
etc.) by hand since the surfaces may be worn-out and damaged by the aggressive salts of the cleansing
products.
• Clean the appliance and accessory parts immediately after each use so that residues do not dry on.
• Clean the outside of the base unit with a damp tissue and wipe it dry.
• Clean the kneading container in hot water with some dishwashing detergent. Make sure that the water
outlet is always free of residues when cleaning. Use the included cleaning brush for cleaning coarse soiling.
