• Place one of the pasta form
insert into the corresponding
intake (with forward-facing
tapering shape).
• Make sure that the pasta form
insert is properly fixed!
• Push the intake with the inser-
ted pasta form insert pointing
downwards onto the screw
conveyor as far as it will go.
• Place the screw cap onto the
thread.
• Turn the screw cap clockwise
and tighten firmly. Make sure
that the screw cap is bolt
down tight!
Completed – the appliance is
now ready for operation.
Disassembling the appliance
• Always switch off and unplug the appliance before
disassembly!
• Proceed just the other way round to the instructions described under "Assembling the appliance".
o Loosen and remove the screw cap.
o Remove the intake for pasta form insert and take out the pasta form insert.
o Loosen the screw conveyor and remove towards the front.
o Unlock and take off the lid of the kneading container.
o Loosen the dough hook from the motor drive and take it out of the kneading container.
o Pull the kneading container forwards and remove it from the base unit.
o Remove the water tank.
