DPOF Settings
DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) allows you to embed printing information on your SD
memory card .
By using DPOF, you can select an image to be printed and then specify how many prints or
which image you would like. Take your SD memory card to a DPOF enabled printer or
through laborator y printing services that accept memory cards. The DPOF/card-
compatible printer will read the embedded information on the memory card and print your
images as specified.
Setting the DPOF format
1. Rotate the mode dial to [
].
2. Press the
menu button.
The playback menu appears.
3. Select [DPOF] with the
/
button, and press the
button.
The DPOF setting screen appears.
4. Select [SELECT IMAGE] with the
/
button, and
press the button.
5. Select [SELECT] or [ALL] with the
/
button, and
press the button.
6. Select the preferred image with the / button, and
set the number of prints with the /
button.
You can set up to 99 prints for each captured image.
7. Press the
OK
button.
8. Select [YES] with the
/
button, and press the
OK
button.
To not print the date on the image, select [NO], and
press the
OK
button.
The message “CREATE DPOF FILE?” is displayed.
9. Select [EXECUTE] with the / button, and press the
OK
button.
To display the full image on the screen for confirmation, press the [
T
] telephoto button.
To return to the original screen, press the [
W
] wide-angle button.
