Creation of incoming telephone connection(s)
For
automatic dial-in
from the UMS100/120, create a connection using the
Assistant for new
connections
in the following way:
•
Click on <Next> to close the first window. The second window appears.
•
In the second window, select
Setting up another connection
. Click on <Next> to open the third
window.
•
In the third window, select
Allow incoming connections
. Click on <Next> to open the next
window.
•
The following window
Device for incoming connections
shows you all the available modems. You
may select any modem except the modem already configured for the outgoing connection. Click on
<Next> to open the next window.
•
In the next
Incoming VPN connection
window, you must select
VPN connections not permitted
.
Click on <Next> to open the next window.
•
In the
User Permissions
window, only select the previously defined user and then click on
Properties
.

The
Properties of
... window opens. Check, and if necessary set the
Call-back
tab to activate
Call-
back not permitted
. Then click on <OK> to close the window. Click on <Next> to open the next
window.
•
In the
Network Software
window, configure the first entry in the table
Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
by double-clicking on it or by clicking on <Properties>.
Enter the following settings:
- The first IP address corresponds to the address in the configuration table.
