Operator Interface
Enumerated Value
When the parameter is an enumerated value, the MODIFY PARAMETER
screen typical of
will be displayed. This screen shows:
•
the name of the parameter for which you are make the changes (i.e.
Operating Mode)
•
the tag code for the parameter (e.g. 4)
•
the actual value of the parameter contained in the drive

To be allowed to make changes to the parameter, the operator interface must be
set to an Access Level other than 'Monitor'. (You will be able to view the screen;
however, pressing the data entry keys will have no effect). If you are not in the
correct level, press the [F8] key in order to gain access to the parameter. Refer to
the section entitled
Enter/Modify an Access Level on page 116
for further
information on the operation to change the level.
Having gained access, press the up or down cursor keys to obtain a list of possible
options to select from. Use the up/down arrow keys to move the highlighting to
the desired option (
). If more options exist then what can be displayed
on a single screen, a triangle or inverted triangle symbol will indicate in which
direction the list can be expanded (
).
