Assembly - Damper Shaft and Eyelet

Apply grease to the rebound needle (A) o-rings. Apply grease to the

end of the needle.
Install the rebound needle into the new damper shaft. Push the

rebound needle in until it stops.

Continue with assembly procedures in the

2023 Super Deluxe Coil (B1) Service Manual

beginning with seal head assembly installation.
