When Images Are Not Transferred Correctly onto the
Screen

Part of the original data transferred onto the imaged screen is missing.
Does the size of the original data exceed the image area?
Maximum image area (width x length):
457 mm x 759 mm (17.99" x 29.88")
(with a frame thickness of 20 mm (0.79"))
Any part outside this image area is not transferred onto the screen.

The original data transferred onto the imaged screen contains a
white vertical line.
Is there dust on the Thermal Print Head?
Gently rub the heat emitting part of the Thermal Print Head with alcohol, etc.
to remove the dust.

Does the size of the original data exceed the image area?

Is the center of the screen frame aligned with the center mark (arrow) on the machine?
The machine makes screens with centering. Check whether the screen frame is set in the center of the machine.

Are the Screen Frame Retainer set to a narrow width?
In order to stabilize the screen frame, adjust the Screen Frame Retainer on the wide side.
