7. Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting

When failure is suspected, check the following points before contacting your dealer or authorized service
representative.

When Operating the Machine

The machine does not start even when the power switch is turned on.

Is the power cable connected correctly?

Check if the power cable plug is firmly inserted into an electrical outlet.

Check the power breaker.

Connecting the Cable and Power Supply

Data is not transferred onto a screen.

Is the correct side of the screen master set?

Check the side of the screen master, and set it correctly.

The Custom Setting mode cannot be set.

Has an error occurred?

Press the [RESET] Key on the Control Panel or turn the power of the machine off and then on
again.
