Set Error Display
When an error has occurred in the machine or a part is not ready, a number indicating the error type ap-
pears on the Display.
Check the error number and perform the appropriate action indicated below.
Error No. Cause Action
d09-0266
The Screen Making Unit is open or
not closed firmly.
Firmly close the Screen Making Unit.
d83-0267
The screen frame is not set on the
machine.
Set the screen frame on the machine.
d09-0272
The Screen Making Unit was
opened during screen making.
1) Firmly close the Screen Making Unit.
2) Press the [RESET] Key to return the Screen
Making Unit to the screen making start position.
3) Open the Screen Making Unit, remove the
screen frame, and attach the screen master
again.
4) Perform screen making again.
F50-0220
The Thermal Print Head is at a
high temperature.
Turn the power off and wait a while.
F82-0275
There is an obstruction below the
Screen Making Unit and above the
screen frame.
1) Remove the obstruction.
2) Press the [RESET] Key to return the Screen
Making Unit to the screen making start position.
3) If the error occurred during screen making, open
the Screen Making Unit, remove the screen
frame, and attach the screen master again.
4) Perform screen making again.

The Screen Making Unit reached
the Bottom side of the screen
frame during screen making.
1) Press the [RESET] Key to return the Screen
Making Unit to the screen making start position.
2) Open the Screen Making Unit, remove the
screen frame, and attach the screen master
again.
3) Check the screen frame size setting (for Win-
dows) or the image area setting (for Mac OS),
and perform screen making again.
If [Pxx-xxxx] (service call) or [Exx-xxxx] (maintenance call) is shown on the display, check the error num-
ber, and contact your dealer or authorized service representative.
