Ventilation
• If no humidity duct (venting hose) is fitting, the room shall be provided with air vents
which communicate directly with outside air and are sized in accordance with the
following table:

Installation Site
• Do not install the equipment in hot and humid locations
such as bathrooms or in locations (excluding
veranda installations) that are exposed to wind and rain.
Doing so may cause a short circuit, and result in electric shock or fire.
This may also cause the equipment to malfunction.
• When using the equipment outdoors, such as on a
veranda or in the space under the eaves, attach a roof
like a sunshade above the equipment, and install the
optional discharge top.
Water or rainfall directly splashing the equipment may cause a
short circuit, and result in electric shock or fire. This may also
cause the equipment to malfunction.

• Do not pass the power cord under or allow it to come in
contact with the equipment.
