The checksums are generated from the device parameters.
The BT300 calculated per one Checksum for the parameter ac-
cess level 0, 1, 2 or 4 representation is hexadecimal.
Using the checksum is determined whether the value of one or
more parameters, which was lying in the corresponding access
level changed.
