Menu 9: Setting other operating modes

To choose between menu “9” options

 After approximately 2 seconds, the display flashes and shows the set value of the operating mode.

 The factory setting is "0".

ventilation settings*

Allows the ventilation of the garage. In this mode, the garage door is approximately 10 cm wide open. 
To start up the ventilation setting, press the second button on the transmitter that must be programmed in menu 2. 
The garage door can be closed at any time using the radio transmitter. 
The garage door closes automatically after 60 minutes.

Partial opening of sliding 
sideways sectional door*

In this mode, the garage door is approximately 1 m wide open. 
To start up the partial opening, press the second button on the transmitter that must be programmed in menu 2.

OPEN-CLOSE operation

Giving a pulse command with door in CLOSE position, the drive starts and the door moves up to the total OPEN position. 
Giving a pulse command during opening has no effect and the door continues to open. 
Giving a pulse command with door in OPEN position, the door closes. 
Giving a pulse command during closing, the door stops and opens again.

Automatic closing 
("AR")**

A pulse command always causes the opening of the door. 
After the auto-close time and pre-flashing time (menu A) the door closes automatically. 
An interruption of the photobeams infrared ray during closing causes 2s pause and reverse direction. 
An interruption of the photobeam during opening has no effect.

Automatic closing 
("AR")**

Function as in point 6, however, an interruption of the photobeam during opening causes early stop of the movement and the auto-close time starts.

Automatic closing 
("AR")**

Function as in point 7, however, a pulse command gived during opening causes early stop of the movement and the auto-close time starts.

Automatic closing 
("AR")**

Function as in point 8, but without auto-close.

Remarks:

•  *: The second button of the transmitter must be reprogrammed after changes in operating modes 1 or 2.
•  **: A paio of photobeams must be installed.

3. Press the programming button (PROG button) (D).

 With 0, 1, 2 or 5 option value, "H" menu options are displayed. Continue with 

Menu "H".

ð

 With 6, 7, 8 or 9 option value, "A" menu options are displayed. Continue with 

Menu "A".

 WARNING

Impact and crush hazard due to automatic door movement!

Make sure that no persons stand in the movement area of the door because it may start unexpectedly.

Visible only if enabled one of the "Automatic close" options of Menu “9”.
