Troubleshooting
In this paragraph, we will describe various errors, their respective causes, and the solutions.
Problem
Possible cause
Possible solution
No electricity
1. Earth leakage circuit breaker
has switched off.
2. Power cable is not connected.
1. Switch on the earth leakage
circuit breaker.
2. Check whether all power cables are
connected to the electricity grid.
No steam
1. Steam function has not been ac-
tivated.
2. Temperature has not been set
correctly.
3. Water supply has stopped.
4. Filter or magnetic valve dam-
aged or not connected.
5. Float damaged or not connect-
ed.
1. Activate the steam function.
2. Check to make sure the set tem-
perature inside the cubicle is higher
than the ambient temperature.
3. Check to make sure the water sup-
ply is connected and/or open the
water tap.
4. Clean the filter of the electromagnet
and reconnect. Or exchange the fil-
ter.
5. Take out the cable and plug it back
in again.
No steam from
steam generator,
only water
1. Float changer is dirty.
2. Float cable is not connected.
3. Earthing cable of operating pan-
el and steam generator not con-
nected.
4. Magnetic valve is obstructed.
1. Clean the float chamber.
2. Inspect and/or repair the cable to
the float.
3. Connect the earthing cable.
4. Clean or replace the valve.
No water from
shower heads
1. Shower heads are blocked.
2. Shower heads are not connect-
ed to water supply.
1. Clean the shower heads.
2. Connect the shower heads to the
water supply.
No sound from
loudspeaker
1. Volume is too low.
2. Cable or loudspeaker is loose or
speaker is defective.
3. Cable to loudspeaker is not
connected.
1. Turn up the volume.
2. Connect the loudspeaker cable or
replace the speaker by a new one.
3. Connect the loudspeaker cable.
Sound is unclear
1. Signal is too weak.
2. Aerial has not been connected
or is facing the wrong direction.
1. Reposition the aerial.
2. Connect the aerial or adjust its di-
rection.
Lamps are available at specialist re-
tailers.
No lighting
1. Lamp is defective.
2. Cable is not connected.
1. Replace the lamp.
2. Connect the cable.
Blower is not wor-
king.
1. Blower is damaged.
2. Cable is not connected.
1. Replace the blower.
2. Connect the cable.
