Preparation of the damaged vehicle for transport:

Tow a vehicle which has had an accident on the flatbed
Make sure that the persons on the scene of the accident
are safe
Rule 1:
Consider a vehicle that has had an accident as a bare and
live part that is potentially poorly insulated.
Rule 2:
Compulsory lockout whenever work is done on an electric
part.
Rule 3:
Isolate the 400V before locking out the 12V (the command
controls the power).
Rule 4:
Call the emergency services immediately, if:
- A person is injured in the logistic procedure in the
transportation chain
- Smoke is released
- A fire starts
- ...
Do not intervene before receiving the approval of the emergency services, if
they are present at the scene of the accident.
Leave vehicle in the marked and dedicated parking area
of the Z.E. Expert dealership

Visual check of the battery safety criteria before
transportation:
- Leaks?
- Case split or broken?
- Stress on the case?
- Case attachments deformed or cracked?
