Accessing the anchor points of the tow rings
Unclip the cover
(9)
of the bumper by sliding a flat
tool underneath it.
Fully screw the tow ring

by hand, then lock using
the wheel wrench.
The tow ring and the wheel wrench can be found in
the tool rack in the boot.
Only use the front tow ring

This towing point must only be used to tow the
vehicle. It must never be used to lift the vehicle,
either directly or indirectly.

Manually releasing the steering column
Before towing, always release the steering column.
Engage the lever

, insert the card in
the slot

, then press the motor starter button

two seconds
.
The column is released and the accessories (vehicle
lights, hazard warning lights, brake lights, etc.) are
powered up.
Do not remove the RENAULT card from the slot
when towing
Once the gear selector has been moved to
position
P
when immobilising the vehicle, the
lever will remain locked in this position and the
wheels will remain blocked. To unlock the wheels
and move the vehicle, it is necessary to move
the gear selector manually to position
N
, neutral.
Remove the bellows and press the button to
manually release the
P
position if the vehicle's
power supply is cut.
