If the symbol "Unit error"
!
appears next to the
address of the faulty unit, a value for ERROR Fx is
also displayed in the "Cod" column and the corre-
sponding line appears with a red background (in
the illustration, for example, for the unit N.01). The
"Time out" display indicates an interruption in com-
munication between the processor of the unit con-
cerned and the remote control.
A continuous increase is a sign that the processor
is not communicating with the room temperature
controller, whereas a sudden increase shows that
communication between the processor and the
remote control was temporarily missing, but this is
not a problem for correct system operation.
If the fault message does not disappear, check that
the connection to the MOD-BUS network is correct
(the number of "Touts" remains in the memory until
reset manually by switching the voltage off and on
again).
Resetting the fault messages
To reset the faults that have occurred, after calling
up the "CPU-Smart" screen, continue with the
key as explained in
The fault message "Data loss in high-speed
memory"

appears if the data has been deleted
from the high-speed memory of the processor of
the remote control. To reset this fault condition, the
following steps must be carried out:
